Under the scope of this project, our developers designed and elaborated several systems to enable registration and automation of different aspects of General Directory of Taxes. We developed a synchronization package which automatically and periodically gets information in and out of ITS (Integrated Tax System), in order to enable all modules to work with up to date information.   • HRMS for Department of Public Administration (DoPA)
    Project was financially supported by GIZ and its scope consisted of designing and building the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for DoPA. This system automates all processes related to human resource and payroll management for employees of public administration, as well as all institutions and related organizational structures. This system enables Public Administration Department to properly measure organizational impacts, financial impacts, and the results of undertaken reforms.     Project funded by USAID. With the scope to enable the public with direct access to Territorial and Planning Information we designed and built the Registry System. This system streamlines the territorial planning process and reduces opportunities for corruption in the permitting process. It also ensures transparency by making available to the public the criteria for territory and land use for development, and by providing access for all individuals and businesses interested in developing properties. The Registry System consists of three main components: • The first is the Municipality/Commune Clerk Work Place, where each institution has the possibility to configure the data related to his/her institution, such as the urban plans and different regulations, the development permits/applications, the construction permits/applications and also GIS related data. • The second component is the Map Viewer, where all public users can look up the map with all its different layers uploaded from the institutions and they can update themselves with the spatial information. • The third component is the Web Portal, where the public users can search for different urban planning documents, regulations, development and construction permits or applications.   • Automation of General Directorate of Road Transport Services (DPSHTRR)
    The scope of this project was to build an integrated system and the related infrastructure for managing all the activities of GDRTS and its thirteen regional branches in Albania. Some of the services we delivered under this assignment include designing and configuring the infrastructure (network, application servers, clustered database servers), developing all the system components (car registration, licensing and certification, management of fines issued by the Road Control Service, recording of taxes collected by GDRTS), as well as enabling the GDRTS system to communicate with other independent systems for data exchanging purposes (communication with General Directorate of Customs, Police State, Technical Control (SGS), National Register of Citizens, etc).  Me teper...

    CRDB system (Central Reference Database for Number Portability) is a central system built by ikubInfoSoft that fulfills all the requirements for Central Number Portability Services in Albania, handling all processes related to portability and offering accurate and trusted information that can be used by telecom operators as reference information in completing calls as well as other services. The technology which we have implemented during this project is a modern technology able to provide high availability, reliability, maintainability, security, performance and a very good scalability. It is based on proven enterprise class technologies such as Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft BizTalk Server, Microsoft SQL Server running on Microsoft Windows Server. The NLC system was built to support the establishment and operation of an electronic system to submit and track standardized business license applications electronically, through a one-stop-shop. NLC was established with streamlined procedures and regional service windows and its functioning was based on an IT system that supports a network of service windows throughout the country.   • e-Permits
    The e-Permits system was built to support foreigner citizen registration and work permit (WP) issuing processes based on current legislation. In addition to designing and developing the e-Permits system, ikubInfoSoft also designed and developed the important and complex component for the integration of the work permit system with the existing Total Information Management System (TIMS). Our team worked diligently to develop the best solution for exporting all work permits that were issued, changed or approved through the e-Permits system each day (Records get extracted from SharePoint content database in csv format on a daily basis and then get uploaded to an SFTP server from which TIMS system downloads the data making it available in every control point of the Albanian border). Me teper...
  • e-Questionnaire for Government of Albania
    The e-Questionnaire is a portal system built to support the process of responding to the EC questionnaire by the Albanian Government. The questionnaire to be included in this system consisted of 2,280 questions. A methodology was put in place by our team to define the drafting and answering rules, which later was translated into the questionnaire portal as a set of business processes/workflows and security features. The main goal of this project was to create a proper environment to facilitate the process of providing answers, as well as coordinating and monitoring the whole process from both quantitative and qualitative point of view. The workflows built within the portal followed the hierarchy defined in the methodology, from the registration of a question, to the assignment of the responsible person and committee, and including the whole process of preparing and approving the answers in different levels of hierarchy. Versioning and security were key features of the system. ikubInfoSoft also developed a set of reporting tools, both numeric and graphical, which monitored the time taken for answering the assigned questions, status on already answered questions, translations from Albanian to English, etc. These reporting tools were very essential in supporting with documentation all meetings held by different committees throughout the whole process of EC questionnaire. Me teper...
  • Case Management System for Government Agencies
    The Anticorruption and Internal Audit Department of the Government of Albania processes about 500 cases on monthly basis. The cases were being submitted on paper and the processing of the cases was manual with little or no use of electronic tools in a non systematic manner. These conditions presented a great need for a Case Management System to automate the processing of anticorruption cases by decreasing the time needed for case processing and increase the productivity of employees. The automated Case Management solution designed and built by ikubInfoSoft provides a variety of features for the Anticorruption and Internal Audit Department. It enables inspectors and managers to track case status and to be reminded of tasks required to complete their work. When a case is created, standard tasks and documents are generated and then later modified based on the work each inspector has completed. Main feature of the system is the workflow, which automates the business process regarding case investigation and archiving. Different reporting tools are also available as part of this system to provide statistical information on case category, process time, and on the number of cases submitted on yearly, monthly and weekly basis.  Me teper...
